Set Up a Bed Time

This can include anything from switching off the better children’s night lights to brushing their teeth.

Play Along With Their Fears

Many children have bedtime fears. They may worry that there is a monster under their bed or someone hiding in their closet. We know that many parents dismiss these fears but you should not. That is because to the children these monsters are real. Therefore before bedtime make sure to check the room for the presence of any monsters.
